Mr. Vytautas Zabiela - graduated Vilnius University, Law Faculty. Member of Lithuanian Bar Association. More than 40 years of experience chiefly in Civil and Commercial Practice as well as Criminal Litigation. Since 1994 Head of the Law Firm Zabiela & Partners (later renamed - Zabiela, Zabielaitė & Partners). 1989-1995 Vice President of Lithuanian Lawyers Association, co-author of 4 books “Speeches of Attorneys in Court”, author of a number of professional and scientific publications. 1974-1993 Head of Vilnius 2nd Legal Consultation Office, 1960-1974 Head of the Law Firm in Šiauliai. 1997-2000 Member of the City Council of Vilnius. Member of the Board of the Arbitration Court at the Association International Chamber of Commerce - Lithuania. Currently suspended his practice in Lithuanian Bar and our Law Firm. Since November 2003 is a member of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania. Ms. Jūratė Zabielaitė is one of the founders and partners of the Law Firm Zabiela, Zabielaitė & Partners. She graduated Vilnius University, Law Faculty. Member of Lithuanian Bar Association. 1991-1993 Chief Legal Advisor of the Ministry of International Economic Relations of the Republic of Lithuania. Education and courses: Stockholm Institute of International Affairs, Paris Institute of International Business Law and Practice, Washington International Law Institute, University of London, Queen Mary and Westfield College. 1994 internship with the Law Firm Baker & McKenzie in London. Deals with a wide range of commercial transactions, also specialises in Banking and International Financial Law. Mr. Darius Zabiela is one of the founders and partners of the Law Firm Zabiela, Zabielaitė & Partners. He graduated Vilnius University, Law Faculty. Member of Lithuanian Bar Association. 1996 LL.M. degree, the John Marshall Law School, Chicago. 1992-1993 Senior Specialist with the American Department of the Ministry of International Economic Relations of the Republic of Lithuania. 1993-1995 In-Country Consultant of International Development Law Institute (Rome, Italy) in Lithuania. 1993 internship with the USA Law Firms Stancati & Zausner, Early, Lenon, Peters & Crocker, 1996 internship with the Law Firm “Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy”, NewYork. His experience includes Commercial, Corporate and Finance Law.
